I have been dealing with my Dad having lung cancer since the beginning of this contest. As of right now, I do believe, his life is very close to ending. With that being said, I really have no interest in dieting or working out at this time. I will cont. to do my best.

So Determined

Fri

I blew my diet yesterday! Went to the " New" casino and came home a loser so I ATE!!!!!!  Hit McDonalds on my way home. Haven't been there in months!  So my dog and I split 3 cheeseburgers and I had a milkshake!!!!!!!! On a positive note, my girlfriend that I went to the casino with bought me a AB's workout tape, floor mat, and a ABD weight belt for my birthday :) I will be putting those to good use! 
It's a new day and back on the right track

Sat.

I made it through my birthday week without gaining a pound AND I went out to dinner 4 times that week! I have to admit, I was a little scared to get on the scale....but it worked out for me :)
I have to admit, the past few days, I have slacked off on working out. I have no ambition. Just not motivated. Hopefully, I will start again.......

SAT

OK, Had a salad today...but it was a HUGE salad...LOL  And it happened to come with 2 banana colada's  ..... Not even going to get on the scale at this point....I had a really great time and I don't regret it :)  I also decided...I have plans for today...AND if it involves eating...oh well............I have had such a wonderful week.......NO REGRETS!!!  I will just have to work a little harder next week and that's o.k.  :-*!!!

Thurs

So far so good! My birthday was yesterday and I didn't over indulge. NO cake for me! I have plans for today and tomorrow, which I am sure food will be involved but I have already set my mind to EAT HEALTHY :-)!  I have lost 3 lbs since our weigh in and I don't want to put it back on! It's taken me almost a month to get that scale to move again and I don't want to blow it over a weeks worth of fun.
I am loosing inches...more so than wt. which is fine with me!  I normally wear a size 16  pants and yesterday, I bought a pair of capris... SIZE 10!!!!  YES!
